The decor is very contemporary and minimalist in style. The soft lighting with dark wood, and discreetly placed shrubbery gives Basil a distinctly luxury feel. The ambience is further accentuated by embellishing the pillars with itched glass, and lit with blue light during the evenings.
At Basil, equal importance is accorded to every cuisine and stupendously prepared by experienced chefs. The veggie’s delight is open for Lunch and Dinner that accommodates around 130 covers.
The Lunch buffet features an exhaustive Indian and International spread. A La Carte Menu provides the connoisseurs with a wider variety of vegetarian delicacies, “soups, salads, appetizers, sizzlers, pastas, Indian speciality curries, Indian breads, biryani, Continental, Chinese and variety of mocktails and desserts”.
The exclusive Mocktail Bar is truly unique and world-class. The one of its kind counter offers a mind-boggling array of signature concoctions made of non-alcoholic contents. The experienced bar man does ice based and cream based drinks to appease the discerning customer who loves to nurse a drink before food. The dessert menu provides varied desserts like, “sundaes, fried ice cream, darshan, dates wonton, kurbani-ka-meetha and more”.
Basil has bagged the “Best Interiors” award by Indian Institute of Interior Designers (IIID) in 2007
and also been awarded as the
